    APT Host - problems?

I have a shared account with APT Host which is down. They were taken over recently after wheels began to wobble. Is anyone else experiencing problems?

I've just checked all reviews about them and seems that such downtimes are usual . Strange, please let us know about your further experience.

It was a "billing glitch" No apology, no explanation. They turned me off, they tuned me back on.

I would submit a ticket explaining your concerns and see what they say. If you are not happy with their response or no longer believe that they can fulfill your needs, just pack your bags and move to another host

Problem sorted out but questions remain. They went through a rough patch and time will tell. Not sure if I was particularly impressed with the follow up. Will see. I have taken back ups.

It was most likely due to the new company taking over, in which case I'm sure it wasn't done with any wrong intentions. Glad it was resolved, hope the rest of your experience remains stress free.

What other problems were you experiencing?
