True. Give a second try and make sure that you submit it through the proper channel. Also make sure that reply it is not caught in spam or junk boxes. If you are not getting a response for this one too... Assuming this ticket was a sales oriented one; if it is a support ticket seems not good.
Live Chat, which has been taken offline a while ago, will be back online next month. We're setting up a blog and a forum which will be online by 15 August and will serve as a platform for clients to meet with others. As mentioned earlier in this email, the support will show a huge, huge improvement as we've got few people aboard to assist you which will be here by August. This will be focused on dedicated servers, Shared & Reseller services and VPS services being offered.

If you have a ticket open you can send me a PM with the ticket ID and I could have a look over it. It's really unfortunate to ask over 800 clients to move, however, it was necessary. We've got over 500 tickets open and are responding appropriately. Maybe we grew too much, too quickly as we received over 400 orders in May, out of which about 250 were from existing clients alone.
If you are listening LinuxStandard....I am also experiencing problems with Quillhost and cannot get anyone to answer my support tickets. Really, really bad service and I have been with you guys for over 8 months, but lately, the service has been next to nothing.
