    about quillhost.com

    I Submit a Ticket on quillhost.com,now,3 days later,nobady reply!!

    Then find a new provider...

    They seem to be using domain privacy, so getting information there is a no go.

    Maybe attempt one more time. Maybe your ticket got "lost" some how. My personal opinion, if they are loosing your sales inquiries however, then forget about support

    That being said, send it one more time, as maybe you failed to send it properly the first time.

    I wouldn't necessarily move providers yet. Try submitting a second ticket.

    True. Give a second try and make sure that you submit it through the proper channel. Also make sure that reply it is not caught in spam or junk boxes. If you are not getting a response for this one too... Assuming this ticket was a sales oriented one; if it is a support ticket seems not good.

    Surely another option for you. You can also ask about the ticket you have already opened. They have live chat option though it seems off-line now.

    Edit: I have just seen another thread regarding quillhost though it is regarding VPS plans. This can be a reason for a slow response, not sure.

    Live Chat, which has been taken offline a while ago, will be back online next month.     I apologize for any issues you've had until now, however, we're working on this to bring the service back to path as we offered a while ago.

    If you have a ticket open you can send me a PM with the ticket ID and I could have a look over it. It's really unfortunate to ask over 800 clients to move, however, it was necessary. We've got over 500 tickets open and are responding appropriately. Maybe we grew too much, too quickly as we received over 400 orders in May, out of which about 250 were from existing clients alone.

    they scammed me for $90 and no reply after closing their service
    They are really a cheaters
    I will post these links to them to see we will not shut our mouth easily


    I have active service for one month more with 60$ balance = 90 total but they scammed me as well
    I cannot post pics because it says u need at least 5 post

    If you are listening LinuxStandard....I am also experiencing problems with Quillhost and cannot get anyone to answer my support tickets. Really, really bad service and I have been with you guys for over 8 months, but lately, the service has been next to nothing.

    I tried contacting you via PM, but it seems that I am unable to do so....either because I dont have the right privileges OR you just don't have your PM ON.

    BTW......LIVE CHAT has never been online since waaaaay back.
