    1) touch to host technical support and ask why system hang
    2) try run scandisk on disk2

    Thanks rustelekom.

Hosting technical support said that they have no tools to do this. System hangs when are trying to read file from F:\.

    Scandisk maybe not works now

    Really?
Well that is actually not good sign for you as for the customer. You have simple task for the web hosting company and they said they couldn't help. Think twice if you want to continue working with them

Sounds like your drive F: is actually having an issue...are you sure you found the culprit when you re-installed windows?
After the re-install, did you go to disk manager and actually assign a drive letter, and make sure windows sees it correctly?
You can also try putting the drive in another server, or in an external enclosure to try and access the data. If nothing is allowing you to access it, though, the drive may be bad.

I agree with the above post...if your host doesn't have, or is unwilling to use, simple disk tools, that is not a good sign.
