DNS zone error
While clicking on "Edit DNS" in WHM
I am getting this error
Unable to parse zone: Error while parsing zonedata for xyz.com: syntax error, line 25 ...propagated at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/CPAN/Net/DNS/ZoneFile/Fast.pm line 142.

I think there is some thing wrong with your perl installation.
First try to run /scripts/upcp --force and check whether it helps.
otherwise do this
# wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/perl588installer.tar.gz
#tar -zxf perl588installer.tar.gz
# cd perl588installer
For now , if you want to edit your dns zone, do it from the backend
zone file will be located in /var/named/yourdomain.com.db

This issue is with 1 account.
This is not an server side error.
Other account dns is working properly
That specific zone has a syntax error, if you can't view it via WHM, open in shell, the file is located inside /var/named/<domainname.tld>.db , fix the error, and reopen in WHM.

Hope it might help you to trace the exact problem.
If you are getting an error like /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/CPAN/Net/DNS/ZoneFile/Fast.pm this generally means that the dns zone has invalid data in it and it cannot be loaded.
You have to manually edit the zone file to correct the error before it can be loaded up. Previous versions ignored errors in zones whereas the new version will not let you save or load a zone with errors.
