Reseller Zoom almost 2 yrs review
we are using a windows one account since August 2007.
The first important point is that we never managed to stay in the same windows account for so long.
during this time, of course that problems happen, but they always acted quickly and resolved
but the great detail is that his support never says no, they are always ready to help even if the problems is caused by my customer.
- uptime during this time was very good for me:

Last Check: July 20, 2009 at 8:53 AM PST-3.0
please note that this stats was generated by a free 30min acount with situptime.
- also, no (zero) billing issues during this time
Of course that this kind of service could be better if plesk 9.x was not slow to load, but this is not a RZ issue (you just need to search at google about that.
So, for me, thumbs up for RZ

Even with a 30 minutes check, given the extent of the monitoring period, the statistics should not be all that unreliable.
Also, "january 2006"? I thought you were with them for 2 years?

Good to hear that you're happy with them despite the downtimes. I guess as long as they acted quickly upon it and resolved them promptly then it should be fine, as long as the downtime was not too much; but of course that's not for everyone.

Thanks for the report - the down-time is indeed fairly high, high enough that my current host (Inno) would give a 70% service credit through most of the year depending on how the downtime occurred. With a 30 minute monitor it's not easy to tell how bad the outages were - many outages tend to be single HTTP event failures.
If anyone can quote independent monitoring stats for resellers they personally use and trust for their own website development clients, I'd like to see what other hosts can actually offer.

Looks like a case of different strokes for different folks. But I'm with Blueherring on this, 99.54% uptime and having 110 outages in 2 years is unacceptable, at least to me.
We moved to Inno last month and so far 100% uptime and 0 outages. Our stats are ire in the sig below.
Still if you're happy then I'm happy you found a fit with your needs.______________________________________________________

Thanks for sharing your experience. And it is more important that you have been with them a couple of years. If some one can meet your requirements that host is your best host.
