We had an account with them few month ago. Support has been great, but one day we ask them to migrate an account, we only got respond 2 weeks later. Clearly the "Great British Support" do not apply to Malaysian.
But, I'd love to hear if anyone has a good experience with them. Couldnt find any as to date..

After a Pound to USD change, 2.49 is roughly 4.10 a month (is that what inc vat means? Regardless, 49.20 a year is overselling ).
But it doesn't mean it can't be done, TOS clauses included. That pricing is close to what all the big hosts in the budget hosting market offer today.
Even their reseller hosting, considering some of the offers made by some providers with more than decent reputations, shouldn't be too out of the line. Overselling? Sure, but that's not necessarily the explanation for poor support. Sometimes it's just poor management.

What do you mean over sold and how do you know they are over sold. I mean if they are a good company they will keep resellers to a min, on each server and add servers as nessary. That is how it is done I would think

At OP - I have looked through your history and yes a ticket was closed by mistake and so not responded to for 7 days after we by chance picked it up. You then decided to cancel your account and leave abuse for us. Because of the abuse we would not like to welcome you back as a customer but do wish you well with your hosting elsewhere, im sure you can apreciate our view on this.
Ref overselling, its interesting to hear the opinions on our reseller packages as we are actually looking to increase the limits on these, they are NOT oversold.
Would be interesting to see a screenshot of the ticket to prove this. I've spoken to HWC-khalemi before and he's always been very polite.
