    That can say about Navisite

What can say about a company Navisite?
Is it needed with them to work or not?

I am a little confused as to what you are asking, can you rephrase your question?

be carefull to read the contract when dealing with them i know someone that got stuck with a 1 year auto renewing contract a few years into it he tried to cancel and they wanted the 7-8 months that was left on it.

personally i would say away from companies like this.

We've still got quite a bit of equipment in their Andover and San Jose datacenters. Their DC's are rock solid, never had an outage... support is good as long as you have the backdoor number to the Andover NOC and dont call the 800# which get's you the India NOC.

CSE's are top notch and know their stuff (most of the ones in Andover are from the original ManagedOps and Surebridge team) and the Engineering team is rock solid and at the top of their game.

You'll pay a premium, but for mission critical infrastructure, you can't go wrong.
