    DNP + WHMCS question

When creating new packages and addons, do you have to create them in both systems or in WHMCS only?

You will first need to create Hosting plans in DNP and thereafter in WHMCS. When you create in WHMCS, you will need to enter the hosting plan id's in Module Settings of the hosting plan in WHMCS to link it with DNP. Furthermore, DNP addons are not automatically provisioned through WHMCS. Hence, you will need to create them only in DNP and thereafter add it to the relevant account when you receive an order for the same.

Rick, thanks for your reply. Would you mind expanding on this part? I understand that whmcs doesn't automatically provision addons in dnp but what do I need to do to set them up? From your post it seems that I only need to setup addons in dnp and not whmcs, but if that's the case then addons won't show up in the whmcs store or am I missing something?

Yeah, you will need to create addons in whmcs for them to appear in order form. Sorry for the confusion
