Roundcube is now built into cPanel and any host running cPanel/WHM should be able to offer this by default.

About all cPanel hosts offer roundcube as part of their services as it is included as a default webmail client.

Your requirements of providing RoundCube and accepting credit card seem to be very general and can be fulfilled by any hosting providers.
Do you have any other requirements? What is your budget?

Any host that accepts PayPal can accept a credit card. As long as the host is running cPanel, they should have Roundcube. I use it myself and it is better then most other webmail clients out there.

Do make sure to do some research on whatever host you choose here on WebHostingTalk before you sign up.

Credit Cards + RoundCube = Almost any provider that comes to mind

Do your research before picking and you will be fine. Any reason you wish to pay via credit card instead of Paypal?

No money in their PayPal perhaps?

As all mentioned, Roundcube is pretty standard now a days, Credit Card acceptance is also quite standard with most to all webhosts.

Research will go a long way in determining what webhost would be best suited an catered for your needs, Though on top of this did you have requirements on Bandwidth and Space that you can share so we can further help you in finding a webhost?

cPanel hosts can disable Roundcube in their settings (who would though?) but the Roundcube project is open source and free, it runs on PHP and MySQl so any host that supports those two languages (and has a pop/SMTP mail server) will be able to support an installation of Roundcube. So to be honest, you're better of just finding a host that has what you need, because they more than likely will be able to support Roundcube anyway.

To download Roundcube, you can go to www.roundcube.net

Although Roundcube comes built with Cpanel I do not recommend it, we recently have to disable it from some servers due the high resources usage (each PHP process run through it were using the 100% of the CPU) after check on the Cpanel forum I saw that a problem that Cpanel did not fixed it yet.

Can you provide a link to this particular issue on cpanel forums?

I've only seen this issue when somebody uses RoundCube to access an account having thousands upon thousands of stored emails.

I personally have about 45,000 emails stored on my e-mail account on one server and if I try to use RoundCube it uses 100% cpu and eventually fails out.

On all of my other more "normal" accounts that I don't store a bulk of messages on it works beautifully.
