    Question Terms and Conditions

    Hello,

I have just started a reseller hosting site and have just been creating the terms and conditions on google docs. I was wondering if people could read it and give me some feedback please. This is my first try and would appreciate any help.

    Here is the url:

    Thanks,

    Danny

Definitely add an indemnification clause and a limitation of liability clause, they are both important in order to protect your company. Flesh out everything else, I'd recommend taking a look at the TOS at other providers and using those as an example.

Yeah I agree with Chris - you are missing the most important parts of the terms of service. The part that covers your own butt. I also recommend you go find 3 terms of services from similar providers and look at all the similar components. You will want to include the most common ones for sure.
