How long until my server comes online after I order?
-Our average server install times are within 2-4 hours, but typically our provisioning team will have the server installed in under 2 hours assuming there are no hardware upgrades to perform and test.

Do you offer Remote Reboot?
-Yes! Our client portal offers a remote reboot function, as long as you can access the internet, you can reboot your server from anywhere! Yet another way Limestone Networks offers you peace of mind.

How do I pay?
-All of our servers are billed automatically every 30 days to the credit card number you provide during purchase. We now are pleased to offer PayPal payments for your server. PayPal payments are accepted directly through our order form.

What are other costs associated with leasing a server from Limestone?
- There are no hidden costs. Our servers cost the same each and every month, and that cost is provided to you before order. The only way you would be charged more is by going over the package bandwidth limit.

The only "setup" fee would be the one-time KVM rental for $25 -- the fee listed under Install Your Own Operating System. Please note that you can choose CentOS or another operating system in order to not pay that fee.

We do not specifically have anti-DDoS hardware, but we do manually mitigate DDoS attacks.

Internap is one of our contracted carriers, although that circuit is currently turned down for extended maintenance and should be back in the mix within the next 1-2 months after the new port is online and fully tested.

The temporary lack of Internap in the mix right now should not have any perceivable negative effects on our network routing due to the abundance of other well connected tier 1 carriers in our provider mix. Also, to clarify, the Internap FCP route optimization appliance that we brought online in January 2009 is not affected by this maintenance. It is always online and optimizing routes regardless of any circuit's operational state. That should help until the Internap maintenance is completed.
