    csr <-> key

    I have a Certificate Signing Request and a key
    is there a way to find out if the CSR I have was generated from that key?

    Hi ,

    In a cpanel server you can find the .csr and .crt files under this directory

    /etc/ssl/certs/

    ssl key's will be in the folder /etc/ssl/private/

    Hope this info helps

    You can use these commands:
    Code:
    openssl rsa -noout -modulus -in privateKey.key | openssl md5
    openssl req -noout -modulus -in CSR.csr | openssl md5
