I have outsourced hosting support to webbycart.com which is a server management company. All the tickets will be responded within an hour. Even i am just a small provider, but i am still able to provide 24/7/265 support.
Leave a review or not is decided by my client. We just let them know where can leave review if feel our services are good enough.
For what we have done for solichan, may be he will answer you.
I am not trying to say my services are good enough, just i am keep trying to provide my best.
You may not compensate anyone for any review or recommendation. Further, you may not suggest a tone (i.e. "Go talk good about us on WHT").

Sorry to come back on this thread, Though I believe this was the case. TNN never returned to clarify, However, English and Sentences were not announced very well and I had a little trouble trying to make out missing words and making it sound appropriate without breaking the meanings.
Anywho.. Webbycart is a great offsite backup system and yes as a Small Company you could supply 24/7 Support, However, Asking a client to make a review on WHT is forbidden.
What gets to me though is, He said it is up to the client to make the review, Even they he directed him to make a review. Weird
P.S - TNN have only been in operation since April 2009, Wonders how the OP come across them?
