One of our customer who is using and Concord EFS, (they are a national electronic commerce processing company) is still having problems with some transactions and rebillings. This started after the fire that brought down last week.

After many phone calls we confirmed that is having problems with Concord transactions and gave no estimate when it would be fixed. This isn't good since it's been going on since July 3rd.

None of our other customers who aren't using Concord are reporting any problems.
