Authorize.net still having some problems after fire
One of our customer who is using Authorize.net and Concord EFS, (they are a national electronic commerce processing company) is still having problems with some transactions and rebillings. This started after the fire that brought Authorize.net down last week.
After many phone calls we confirmed that Authorize.net is having problems with Concord transactions and gave no estimate when it would be fixed. This isn't good since it's been going on since July 3rd.
None of our other Authorize.net customers who aren't using Concord are reporting any problems.
