Level 1-3 Technical Support Agent Tasks
Monitoring servers, Assisting customers via Live Chat, Phone, and Help desk with things such as: Creating Email Accounts, Databases, Sub-Domains, Installing SSL's, email troubleshooting, WHM Assistance, WHMCS installation/configuration assistance.
-Advanced cPanel/WHM Knowledge
-Advanced Linux Knowledge
-RV Site Builder Knowledge
-Kayako Help desk Experience
-Live Person Chat Experience
-Great People Skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must Live in the United States
