One of the key reasons for our success has been our ability to reach out to a broad market of customers - letting them know that helpdesk and service desk software is no longer reserved for technical elite, or big businesses. Our campaign aim is to get the word out about accessible helpdesk software." says Jamie Edwards, Kayako's Operations Manager.
