I disagree with the article.. It says PACMAN is #1??
I vote MS. PACMAN #1 (Much better)
Other games on the list i have played are #3 (Super Mario) and #5 (Donkey Kong)

Well Pacman was the number one played game, It was the largest seller in its time, infact I think it still is the largest seller of all time.

Galaga was the best game of that time. I still love to play that game when I come across one.

Have to go with Galaga here. Although Ms. Pacman was better than Pacman. Still, I was a big fan of the US vs. USSR hockey game too.

Yeah...I can do both at the same time. It is just to get use to playing the games. Good advice though!!

Hi!
Well..not exactly. See...<kick in geezer voice>..when I was a young sprout..we had video games you played at corner markets and places called "arcades". You had to feed them quarters..some of them two at a time (rare). Classic movies show you what they looked like...like "The Last Starfighter" and "Ghostbusters".
They're still around..but pretty rare. I have not seen a "Ms Pacman" in ages.
Some had 80286 and 80386 processors.
Speaking of old..anybody else remember "Pong"?
>>>Ah..the old days. 300 baud modems..cassette tape drives..4k RAM...

I agree that Pacman is still the most played video games..I should say coz it's really easy to play and many kids get hooked on it.

Pong was awesome.... well, back then it was... the first one to come out wasnt really .... well, I think it caused a lot of people to turn gay. It was a console unit with a wheel knob on each side, so you had to get close, very close, to the person you were playing against. Later they made the wheels with wires so you could sit back a bit.... and be a few feet away from the person you were playing.

I think MS. Pacman deserves first place but Sonic and Mario should be replaced between each other
