So what are decent turnaround times for various issues?
FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY PLEASE.
What do you consider decent turnaround times (Time to resolve/completion) for the following:
1. Simple server reboot/power cycle
2. Add DNS entry to Host Nameservers (propagation/cache issues ignored)
3. Memory Upgrade
4. Swap out failing memory module
5. OS reinstall
6. Initial Server Setup (parts on hand)
Assume that it is just the most basic things and that other things are not going wrong. What is the MAXIMUM amount of time you find acceptable for these various tasks?
------
Here are mine which I think of now:
1. 30 minutes. (should be automated!)
2. 2 hours
3. 3 hours
4. 2 hours
5. 24 hours (ideally 4 hours)
6. 48 hours (ideally within 24 hours)
And you? I'm just curious what everyone thinks. Please no reps or hosts posting answers, but feel free to provide input.

Your numbers are very reasonable. I'd have to agree with your estimates.

I'd say that 30 minutes is a bit long for a server reboot.

1) 10 mins
2) Adding DNS is instant, its propagation that kills so you need to time it properly for redundancy.
3) 6 Hours
4) 6 Hours
5) 12 hours
6) Max 72 hours, ideally below 18.
