Exclamation Investment Partners Needed - Excellent Benefits & Rewards - Immediate

HDNP Network Solutions is looking for serious investment partners to invest in our firm. Investment partners gain access to a 'hidden' layer of HDNP. All investment partners are given a role in HDNP and how we function: as you all know, a company relies on the suggestions and ideas of outsiders, and as a HDNP investor you get an active backend.

    Benefits of Investing:

    1. Access to the 24X7 HDNP Investment Center -- where you can track news bases and beta releases of the company, as well as new and upcoming ideas. Discuss directly with CEO and managers your ideas -- and receive a dedicated line to contact us for your comments and questions. You say, we listen
    2. Early notices to upcoming products and promotions.

Silver Level Investors > defined by an investor who invests at least $150, with a maxiumum of $375. Anything over is considered a gold level insvestor.

All Silver Level Investors get access to the basic investor benefits plus a 3 month colocation pass at our premier colocation facilities in Dallas, TX. You get 3 months of free colocation (specs around 3U, 1.5A power, and 2500GB BW) -- plus you get an active role and a 0.01% interest to start on all the money. Returns for silver-level investments are given within 2 years time. To clarify, in a nutshell, silver-level investors get:

    • 3 month colocation pass.
    • 0.01% interest with a maxiumum of 2 year return time (with interest compounded monthly).
    • Basic Investor Benefits.

Gold Level Investors > defined by an investor who invests at least $400, with no set maximum amount.

All Gold Level Investors get access to the basic investor benefits plus a 6 month colocation pass at our premier colocation facilities in Dallas, TX. In addition, all gold-level investors (let me stress, the following is for gold-level investors only) can opt to get a free 6 month dedicated server (Pentium D or equal, 4GB RAM, 2000GB BW, 250GB HD) with management instead of the colocation. Interest rate for gold level investors is at 0.03% to start. Return time for the investments on Gold Level is a 3 year maximum.

To clarify, in a nutshell, all gold-level investors get:

    • 6 month colocation pass OR 6 month dedicated server.
    • 0.03% interest with a maxiumum of 3 year return time (with interest compounded monthly).
    • Basic Investor Benefits.

All interested applicants please contact Shikhir Arora at shikhiraim[@]aim.com. We are in need of immediate investors. Thank you .

Some people may wonder if you type your information correctly. 0.01% and 0.03% interest? Even if this is monthly interest, a $375 investment with 0.01% interest/month compounded monthly will yield only ~90 cents after 2 years. Is this correct?

    Good luck with your business.

    Couple questions:

    1. Who will be signing the contract on behalf of HDNP?

    2. How will the interest be compounded? annually? monthly? Could you throw out figures on what we can expect to earn for each.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Our CFO will sign the contract on behalf of HDNP.

The figures earned depends on the amount of monies investment. $400+ is 4% monthly compounded, and under that is 1% monthly compounded.

    1% is 0.01. But 0.01% is 0.0001.

$400+ is 4% monthly compounded, and under that is 1% monthly compounded.
3% or 4%? And 4% monthly? Are you trying to pay investor ~48% APR for the interest on the principal loaned? So a $400 loan with 4% interest monthly will become $1642 at the end of the three year period. Is that what you are saying?

Perhaps it's better to have your CFO confirms these numbers.

No, the interest is 3% per month - so if you paid a $400 investment that's 0.03 x 400 = X dollars a month. Then that X dollars times 12 months = total interest earned.

4% monthly return is a good rate. Can you provide me with your business plan, so I can determine the risks of the investment?

I will be happy to sign an NDA if necessary.

Then, contrary to what you say, the interest is not compounded monthly. You may not understand what a compound interest is. It would be proper to ask the moderator to edit your post.

Here is a tool for you to calculate a compound interest: http://math.about.com/library/blcompoundinterest.htm. 3% monthly interest is equal to 36% APR on the interest. Just enter the numbers.

Would you be willing to submit to an independant financial audit? We're interested in investing, but would want an independant agency to confirm your cash flow prior to this.

The reason being, is that if you offer a "free 6 month dedicated server" on something as low as a $400 investment, your overhead costs would eat most of that up.

Well, the colocation is a free treat upon investing. It's like a credit card rewards. We have enough cash flow, but in the very unlikley case something happened you'd be covered through the contract; for a full refund plus $50 x X remaining months of colocation roughly. It's in the contract.

nenolod, we'll be in contact soon.

Sorry, does that mean you'd be willing to submit to an audit or not? We're spreading out a good several thousand over multiple companies right now, but an audit is essential.

Both parties above (Nasedo and energetic) will need to agree to signing a NDA, as well as Avalon Systems. We do not provide business plans out of the hook. Again, if Avalon Systems does an audit he cannot share details due to a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) contract preventing him from sharing the details.

    Thank you .
