    Angry Enotch Where Is Your Support?

    where has the support gone at enotch

    i sent a ticket yesterday at about 1 or 2pm uk time
    and still no reply

    and today i have sent another ticket at 11:00am uk time

    still no replies apart from the auto responders

    Have you tried sending their representative a PM on WHT?

    I have been hearing enotch failing to respond to tickets, may be they are having some troubles with ticket system, so u pm their staff in wht with ur ticket ids..

    i sent support ticket more 5 days ago, to support for problem on my vps
    after some days i did not any answer , and i close my support ticket.

    and sent other ticket for active my new order on 5 days ago.
    very bad support, maybe tell not any support.


    i order vps direct admin 6 days ago, last day avtice my account without direct admin panel.

    i tierd of sent tikcet to sales.

    It sounds like it might be time to switch to a new host. If something ever happens to your VPS and you need immediate assistance, I'm sure you don't want to rely on an unresponsive host

    Yes, you have one option: Switch to a new host.
    If your currently provider can't reply a ticket in 24 hours maximum time so it isn't a good provider.

    if i can get money of enotch, i sure choose other provider.

    i have 3 vps of enotch, (one yearly and 2 monthly)

    We've had issues with our ticketing and MTRG systems after the move to our NYC2 location. These sites were previously hosted offsite. We have also had some work done to integrate our WHMCS system with another which has also raised some issues. We believe that this should not continue to cause issues.

    Please pm your ticket number to "enotchnet".they help a lot.sometimes they fail but they know how to satisfy customer ))
