You'll want to take a look at the offers section as hosts are not allowed to make offers here. Are you looking for 5GB of storage? You might want to look at a high end VPS, something like a 2GB dedicated 4GB burst ram.

You'll need to look for a host offering one-time fees for the ram, as your not going to find a server for $60 per/mo with 4GB included initially with the machine.

A VPS would suite you well, I've seen offers for ~$60/month with 4GB RAM (and 8GB burst)

looks like non-sizeable needs here. 5gb of HDD is really VPS only, AFAIK 80Gb is lowest limit at dedi server. However 4Gb of RAM is way too high for the $60/month.

Check some provides who offers one-time fee for adding RAM HDD, etc.

I've already mentioned my DC in other posts, so check them, I do not want this looking like I'm promoting them.

Not at all. There are a few providers that can meet the budget and with 4GB of ram... the OP just needs to do the homework and check out the dedicated offers section.

Agreed. He may just have to find a site that he can custom configure or custom order sacrificing hard disk and CPU for Memory. With his low requirement for hard disk, you may could even find a server with SSD for close to that budget.

And with Atom CPU - they're cheap at this time.

They also only support 2gb max.
