    webmail spooling issue

currently I'm havin an issue with my webmail. I'm using plesk, CF, windows server 2003. ... all the emails stay in the spool. I constantly have to restart to move them out... but they continually lag in the spool again... any suggestions to fix this?

    ... much appreciated... thanks

Sound like your MTA is crashing, when you restart, it's bringing the MTA back up for a bit until it crashes. Check your logs, it may give you a clue.

Do you know what mail package is installed? Is it the IIS SMTP deamon?
Logs system logs will be under your event viewer, look under your system and application logs.
Straight SMTP logs will be under C:/windows/system32/logfiles, there should be an smtpsvcX folder or folders.
But, it really depends on what mail package you are running. If you know or can find that, post back.
