cPanel might still work if it is suspended, have you tried to login into cPanel to generate a backup?

well what is your site? and do you have any cpanel backups? you should always keep copies of backups on your personal pc or elsewhere for these situations, if your requiring a new provider there are lot's offerings on WHT and cpanel-cpanel is easy to trasnfer site to new host, so best of luck

    you are hosted by plawx.com?

as it seems the owner if plawx didn't pay his bills so the hosting company suspended his account.

Does the company/service provider that you're with offer any mediums of support or contact other than e-mail? Is their own company website down as well?

    Sorry to hear about that.

May I know whether you have contacted the current web hosting provider regarding your account is suspended?

I don't think anyone can help you here if your hosting account is still suspended. You may need to solve the account suspended issue first before think of switching to other web hosting provider.

Oh..sorry to hear about ur case.

i also agree with stevito, if your hosting package is suspended this means you cant log in into your control panel or FTP to backup your website.

Can say during this period, it is impossible to backup your file. You need to contact ur hosting provider now to at least re-activate your hosting account.

Else if you have your backup file of your website previously, you can upload to another hosting package.

It looks like it is a reseller of InnoHosting, which is Plawx.com.

Would just like to state we don't have anything to do with this, the OP is not our customer. Plawx is the webhost as mentioned and it is an issue between Plawx and the OP.

How long have you been subscribed? Most credit cards have a 90 window where you can chargeback if you haven't received service. This is WHAT the feature should be used for. If you can't get any help from the BBB or the parent hosting company, do this asap! Unless you can contac the parent hosting company, aside from filing a lawsuit, it will be difficult. Back up.
