    change from "nobody" mail user

    When a newsletter tool or really any PHP script sends mail from a domain account it says it is from [email protected]' on behalf of the sender. if we send from the kensingt account it says it is from 'actualuser@server.domain.com' on behalf od sender. I would like to change this so it says it is from [email protected]' on behalf of sender and I have looked through the whm and cpanel settings and cannot find a place to do this.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    You will have to change this settings in exim.conf

    #nobody as the sender seems to annoy people
    untrusted_set_sender =no-reply

    What about cpanel overwriting the exim conf file?

    Hello,

    cPanel updates will not over write exim.conf or any configuration file for that matter.
