all I can say is so far so good! I know it hasn't been long, but so far I'm very pleased with the support and services offered by Spenix.com As a matter of fact, Matt offered me a refund due to an error while setting up my account, and every time I email him with questions (which I may add are a lot lol since I'm quite new to all of this) he has been very helpful. Although Spenix doesn't have a form of instant messaging (ex. yim, aim, etc) they're response time from email is good!
So my "thank you" to not only Spenix.com but to all the other good hosts out there! For someone like me who's heard tons of horror stories of bad hosts, it's good to know there's still quality hosting companies out there with great support & services.
