i need hosting with limited number of running processes
i am using shared hosting from hostgator , they limit number of running processes to 25 , i need shared hosting with limited running processes but the number must be higher then 25 , may be 50 or 100 , but i don't need unlimited.
sorry for my english.
How much space / bandwidth do you need? What is your budget?
300mb/~70gigs per month and limited number of running processes.
That's fairly reasonable, but what are you willing to spend for the service? It all depends on who I could recommend. Some are are cheaper than others, but the ones that cost more are more reliable.
what's your budget? how much time are those process running and how many resources are using?
Well I have not seen any providers who have such a limit on the number of processes but if you go with providers like MediaLayer I believe they will allow a much higher running process than the average hosting provider. The best way to confirm this is to contact them and check this directly.

i need to host about 10 domains , MediaLayer allows only 3
They are pretty liberal in such respects, but at $10, they will only give the OP 10GB of data transfer. I guess it's starting to come down to how much $10 can pay for.
but if you go with providers like MediaLayer I believe they will allow a much higher running process than the average hosting provider
To use a vague analogy with a certain type of advice: you can have more data transfer, more CPU power, or a lower price. Pick any two.
Do you know what amount of resources your website is consuming?
What processes are you running? Are those simply PHP processes, etc. or is there something more to it?
