[For Hire] Level 1 Tech Support/Billing Specialist/Customer Care
I am currently looking for work in the hosting field with the positions in the title.
I have many unique qualifications, including:
- Owning and operating my own hosting business for almost 3 years previously, doing all billing and tech support.
- Extensive experience with CPanel, WHM and WHMCS, and many billing structures and processors, including PayPal, Authorize.Net and others.
- Level 1 (and some Level 2) experience with tech support in the hosting field.
- Worked for 5 hosting companies previously (3 ended up folding or being sold); ask for more detailed info if needed.
- An excellent command of the English language and a strong customer service skill set. Experience with tickets/Kayako and Live Chat as well.
My only requirement: I don't care if you're big or small; just be ready with the (approximate) salary you can offer, and what you're exactly looking for.
