    * Vertivo - no way of contact

    Hey,

It's actually starting to frustrate me, 6 to 8 months ago I recently switched over to InnoHosting as their plans offered more and honestly I was sick of my cPanel being corrupt every month due to license issues with Vertivo.

EVERYDAY I receive an email from Vertivo billing calling an 'Overdue Notice' (hence because I cancelled my PayPal subscription). At first I thought they would only last a month or so but they just kept coming.

At the time I tried to cancel my account with them but I could not get into contact with anyone as their support panel shows 'License Error: Key file has expired'.

I had a look today and my hosting account is still active, I could basically have free hosting but I still cannot cancel my account - for that sake there isn't even a cancellation button active in the billing system.

Basically, I'm sick of these emails and I just want it to stop.

    Any ideas/suggestions?

What i the billing system that they are using? If WHMCS, there is a Request cancellation button available in product details. Other option if they are not listening you is to either call them.

    Hello,

A quick whois shows that they use the email address contact[at]vertivo.com, perhaps you could try that?

    Best of luck,
    Mark.

    Hopefully that works.

I tried the [email protected].. and it failed to send but the whois email seemed to have got through.. just hope it's not an unused email.

That's what I was about to say. In most software, when the billing system expires, the emails will still work and still parse tickets. I would have thought though, they would have catched that pretty quickly.
