Check out Singlehop.com and Gigenet.com for example. They both offer very good managed services as you can see in their reviews here on WHT.

First of all, your budget is too low to get a decent managed server with that kind of specifications. Secondly, why do you need such a server if it is just for "playing around"? A VPS should do.

HiVelocity Provide 4 Management Plans which increase the total price of the Dedi Server, and the good Management plan at HiVelocity will cost $100 Plus Server Cost.

But I'm looking for who provide Managed Service as Default like LiquidWeb and Rackspace for example...

Your customer might be able to pool his resources into a single larger server, so as to reduce the management costs to only one server. Proper server management costs money, and if you cut corners on it you're going to regret it later.

I'm talking about Quad Core + 2 GB RAM for $125 up to $225. I do not thinks this budget is too low for Managed server...

  10. As has been said before, for a PROPERLY managed server, your client's budget is too low. Raise it a bit and you should be able to get a decent managed server.

sure English acceptable and language is not important and by the way there is no data center in the middle east which allow or offer Managed Services. so we all (Arab Companies) go with providers from USA, Europe..

Yes, that became apparent on my last trip to north Africa. Telecoms there are very reliable and Cell phone demand is very strong but there's no interest in building private standard-compliant carrier facilities. The capabilities are there but politics might be at play. I came across a few hosting businesses that have servers running in office buildings. Needless to point out what could go wrong with that setup.

So have you picked a managed provider yet?

Your top end price should afford you a managed server from a reputable datacenter. Have you checked out the offers section here at WHT? It should give you sme ideas of what is available today.

Let us know how you make out!

For the Quad Core and minimum specs, you are looking at around $190 USD per server and then around another $100 for the bandwidth. If you are looking for a fully managed solution, then you won't be needing cPanel or CentOS. You can do just fine with Debian Linux. Your host should provide you with all the tech support you'd need, if not, then their not fully managed.
If you want the Dual Quad, add another $40 per month.
