What is your budget for this? I'd recommend you to check out Handy Networks. We have all of our equipments with them and they have been fantastic.

    FDCServers
    Burstnet

Realistically, do you expect to download/upload 33TB per/month. That's very very hard. That means all day, every day, 24/7/365 you'd need to be pushing 12.5 Megabytes per/second.

You should really be using FTP, and not RDP.

100mbps for $200 will be hard to find. You will have to raise you budget or choose a 10mbps port.

fdcservers offer servers really cheap for 200$ with a unmeterred 100mbps connection. You get a free windows license + you can get a an dual core atom with 2gb ram for 100$ w/unmeterred 100mbps connection

Either way, you won't push 100Mbps, only about 50Mbps during peak hours.

well yes , we are very lazy when it comes to our website - it still says April there :-) . We`re not so lazy when it comes to upgrading the network and we have so much bandwidth nowadays that customers can max their ports 24x7

You will be able to find large amounts of BW for that price but unmetered might be out of the question. You might even be able to find large BW and a gig port for around $200. I suggest digging through this forum here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36
You will find the industries best dedicated offerings.

I have to agree with Daniel. Unmetered for that price is going to be hard to find. Also, did you want a managed server?
