Thank you for the review, and you're right, we did spend a bit more than the 2 hours involved on there. However, we firmly believe that we were hired to do a job for you, we took it and we were going to finish it. Sure we're in this to make a buck, obviously, but we're not going to watch the clock and gouge for pricing. It's not what we do.
As to the phone support, we've got a few things in the works, but I can't really say anything just yet.
