    Thinking of going into Europe

We've always provided shared hosting in the US, but our other platform (DNS hosting) is huge over in Europe.

I was thinking it would be good to have both shared servers in the US and Europe, but wanted to hear from other people who do this.

Is there a demand for shared hosting in Europe?

Although I don't have services based in Europe or offer it, I think there is always a demand for anything and everything. The real challenge is for you to be able to add value to your service offering and competitively price it.

    Good luck in your expansion.

There is demand, got quite some clients utilizing our UK based servers. More and more new clients prefer UK servers compared our US ones

The EU has a bigger population than the US (and Europe as a whole even bigger). We can safely suppose that even though some parts of it are rather poor, there will be quite a few people having hosting needs. Getting your message in front of them in a cost effective way, is the real trick.
