Not sure but I am unable to open their website. May be they are facing some kind of power/network issue?

    Angry Very Concerned

OK I checked my gmail which pulls my Servergrid email and the last time it was succesfull was "Thu, Jul 2, 2009 at 9:08 AM PST"

I am a reseller with them and all my sites are down and the company site is down. I looked at the sites google cache and no phone number is on there so if someone has it please post it.

PS Not to spread panick but some people claim that servergrid is just renting servers from theplanet.com - and there site is workind just fine. It seems like all their DNS servers are down too so its more likely the case that it is not a power outage but some other cause like them not paying their bills. They have about 30 servers last time I checked.

If anybody knows any more please post ASAP - crisis mode is on max.

UPDATE: They are back on line after 2.5 to 3 hour outage. They claim a power outage.

NOTE: I contacted theplanet.com and they would not give me any information if servergrid was a customer of theirs or not.

They are not a customer of ThePlanet, they are a customer of Aldridge.

Did you receive any kind of RFO for the outage?

RFO = Reason For Outage which is a formal document sent by service providers to bring out a true picture of incident that happened to affect their customers' websites/servers.
