Legality Issues

Hi all,
I, and my business partner, currently run <a hosting company> where we sell basic shared web hosting. We are considering moving up a notch and offering offshore shared and reseller hosting. I just came on to ask a number of questions.

1) How legal is selling offshore hosting?
2) How legal is selling offshore hosting on a .co.uk domain/hosted site?
3) Are there any other legal problems associated with this move?

Thanks in advance for your replies

I don't see any potential legal issues with selling off shore hosting...unless you start hosting some fishy stuff.

There is nothing illegal about offering offshore hosting unless you're offering spammers for sending out spams or the like...
