We do not have any pending orders in the system. We also have not received any e-mail inquires about this. Usually we prefer customers to contact us via the online ticket/billing system or you can e-mail me joe@joesdatacenter.com . You can even call us at 816-726-7615 or 1-877-JOE-DATA. We don't consider WHT the appropriate place for first contact about issues with your order. We have had this happen in the past with orders but they were always because they did not pass our fraud verification and the money should have automatically been refunded. If that is not the case it is the first I have heard of something like this happening to a order.
