So, who wrote your agreements?
Well it's coming up to a time where I need to get a couple of agreements made (TOS/SLA) and I was wondering who wrote yours.
Did you get it done privately with a lawyer? Did you use a generic one? Did you do it yourself?
Please discuss

Did it myself, from scratch, 5 years ago. Took a few days, some revisions, and got it legally reviewed. But all in all, once done was a very satisfying experience
I've seen our TOS copied by many hosts, which is a little bit annoying but not enough to be bothered.init.me - Build, Share & Embed

At first I read some other hosts Terms of Service for reference. Then I wrote mine including important factors from other hosts. Doing this, I have covered every aspect!

I made the TOS with help of my big brother & Dad, also I got it revised by my friend who is a law expert.
So that in future, I'll won't face any problems.

I've studied law most of my life so I knew most of the stuff that needed to be there - also looked around for stuff I may have missed, etc. And I know plenty of lawyer people (have family in law areas) and I've had it reviewed a few times..
Although I made a few changes a month or so ago...haven't had a lawyer look at it since then lol - but changes weren't too drastic...can't wait to get my own law degree in a few years.
that's bound to happen - I've actually had someone ask me if he could use our ToS as a template for his own lol - since has asked nicely I gave him permission to do so. Other than that, I'm not a 100% sure if anybody else used ours as a "template"
fun writing rules huh?
