vBulletin Expert
Hi guys,
I am looking for someone who can help me out to fix a vbulletin upgrade that i did.
I went from vb3.81 to vb3.83 and I did a mess:
- first we had an error with quick reply, that said that I had to use minimum xxx characters to post the thread. Looks like the problem its with the style, and I need to upgrade the style in order to work perfect with 3.83
- trying to solve the first problem, I upgraded almost all the hacks, and removed some that I am not using, and now I am having problems with the user database.
The users looks like a guest in the forum, but if you check for the user in the admincp you can access to all his data, so the user it's there.
I also having an odd database error problem with the blog, but I think it's related to the users error.
The forum it's pretty big:
users: 300.000 +
threads: 300.000 +
post: 2.600.000 +
The database backup that I had, has been overwrited, so there is no backup for database.
Please contact me if you think you can help, and If you don’t have a big background on the forum, provide me any kind of references of your expertise dealing with vbulletin.
Thanks guys!Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, don't touch this!

I'd be glad to help you;
I helped with many forum installations, You name it. Mybb, IPB, vBulletin, phpbb2, phpbb3, everything.
I actually helped Warez-bb.org get there site back up heh heh.
Unfortunately I don't have any references, but hey, I can do it for free. I have lots of spare time on my hands
