Question

Hey,

Lets say if I wanted to sell my hosting company. What should I do to sell it. Its not very big. Whmcs status:
Income Summary
Monthly: $27.64 (14)
Quarterly: $5.79 (1)
Semi-Annually: $0.00 (0)
Annually: $208.94 (17)
Biennially: $34.99 (1)
Est. Annual Income: $581.28

if I were to buy it I'd also actually look at your packages before purchasing - because not everyone would want to keep the same packages. but based on your monthly average then $400-$450 would be good I guess. Unless you are selling physical servers, licenses, etc of course.

Info on packages, and non monthly payments would realy help.
For all we know the Annual accounts may have just paid you, making them a liability rather than an assett for any prospective buyer..

What about domain names? Do your customers register them or you provided them this kind of the service?

The link is in the signature you guys can check it out for the packages and domain.
Domains clients register them on their own, we currently do not domain resell.

I've never seen "∞" used for web hosting plans,

honestly, it may be kind of hard to sell them...your prices are very, VERY low for unlimited bandwidth/space. I am not sure another company would/could provide that.

If I sell it, then the company can do what ever they want with the prices.

But if the customer expects unlimited, they may ditch if they get capped.

Well, to be honest I think I would only pay $200-$250. And even then I'll still be kinda scared about doing the deal. I think about 95% of customers will leave and/or request a refund.
