I purchased the Reseller RS1 package around six months ago. It was hard to find the support via the website, but after searching .. and searching... I was finally able to find a link to the support @ http://cshelpdesk.net/esupport/index.php. The Live support is never online. I've had tickets go for over 5 hours before being answered. Zac seemed pretty confident in some aspects, but lacked understanding in many. The webserver is horrible. I've had many outages and slow loading (all the time). If performance is what you seek, this is definitely not the place to purchase from. I've been in the reseller market for over four years, and this place is the worst i've ever hosted with. As for a rating ill be on the nice and give this company a 2 out of 5. Thanks for reading.
It's been like this pretty much the whole six. I regret not moving to another host, but its a pain with my billing, ssl etc. I'm in the midst of moving over to sharkspace which has been great thus far(1 week).
I'm very sorry to hear about your poor experience with allreseller. If you haven't already, it definitely sounds like time to move on to a new host
