    Error: Skipping oversized log record

I know the cron emails with the Warning: Truncating oversized request field is normal. I would even use the hacks to turn it off, but I find it give some peace of mind as to the logs working every day.

now lately i've been getting this as well in the emails to admin:
    Warning: Truncating oversized request field
    Warning: Truncating oversized request field
    Error: Skipping oversized log record
    Error: Skipping oversized log record
    Error: Skipping oversized log record

is there a quick way to find the oversized logfiles? or do I manually have to go thru each site and view the log file size? Using ssh is there a quick command?

    Hi Gargonzo,

As far as i know webalizer gives this error if a line is to long to process in the log files. So the logfile itself is not to big but a line in it is.
