I'm not sure anyone can guarantee your site won't get DDos'd - does your site suffer from a lot of DOS attacks?

Do you know for a fact your site is being attacked or possibly your current host is just saying this so they explain downtime?〓〓 RackNerd LLC - Introducing Infrastructure Stability

First of all look into the server log; if you can't do it youselves, asked your host to take a look what happen on your website.

Is your host the one telling you you're getting DDOS attacked, or do you somehow know this for a fact?
Do you mind telling us who your current host is?
As others have said, nobody can guarantee your site won't get attacked. But, they can put security measures in place that help prevent and deal with most DDOS attacks.HOSTLEET.COM, LLC - Elite Website Hosting Since 2008!

You could look for proxy based DDoS protection. You can continue to use the provider you currently have, and perhaps only use this protection service when your site is under attack. blacklotus and gigenet provide this, or so I recall.

Is your total budget $50 - $100 for a dedicated hosting + DDoS Protection solution? Finding a solution within that range, no offense, isn't feasible. You may want to do some research on pricing for such a solution and see what's manageable.
Feel free to continue to reach out to WHT as it's a great resource for such things.
Best of luck!

If I were you, I'd look into http://secureservertech.com they seem like they have some good DDoS Protection services. I haven't heard good or bad about them though. I do know they have been around for a while.
