    end user support monthly?

    I was looking for a company that would provide support for my clients on a monthly payment plan instead of a per ticket plan. any ideas for this? or a company that only charges me for an invoice around 1 week or so when a ticket is made so i dont buy 50 tickets and only use 10 of them?

    I believe assistanz.com has a per ticket plan where you can carry over tickets for up to 6 months, this might be a suitable option for you.

    Most companies offer this.

    SupportSages offer an unlimited tickets plan for a monthly charge I believe.

    Most of the hosting setup requires a custom plan, its better to shoot an email to sales for more options.

    my current provider doesnt matter aslong as my requirements are met

    I think the OP is referring to end-user support, not server management.

    yes. I started using psm not to long ago though for a personal website and they are great.
