For those considering Leaseweb be warned that their support is very slow.

We have a server with them which have now been down for over 20 hours.

And its now 18 hours since the first reply from the Leaseweb support.

Since this required more than a simple reboot , we were given several alternatives for handling this problem , utilizing free support or having to pay Leaseweb for worktime to get it fixed.

We promptly replied that we wanted it done the fastest way and if that was by paying Leaseweb to do it then thats what should be done aslong as it was done fast.

We did get some feedback and it appears that an unfortunate "accident" played in to.

After about 8 hours we got a message that they had started but due to a remote reboot , the work had been interrupted.

(The reboot was done by the monitoring company since the server had been down for in their system for an exteended periode)

After this time we have recived no further feedback at all.

Now 18 hours later the server is still down and communications and feedback from Leaseweb has been sparse.

To wait 18 hours + for support, and its not even fixed yet so who knows how long it will take, which we even have agreed to pay extra for for shows an extremly low level of service from Leaseweb.
