Im sorry to hear this, I just tried to access their website and it gave me this:
    http://paradise.hostingpk.info/suspended.page/

    Their website is www.thepeakhost.org right?

I would try and get another host asap and if you are able to get any money back via credit card / PayPal I would do so.

Sorry again to hear, please keep us updated if you hear anything.

All you can do is move on and learn vital lessons ... have your own backups and stay away from cheap hosts

I wouldn't say stay away from cheap hosts just find out more about the company and get some reviews before joining. Plus always have a backup.

What kind of plan did you have with them? It looks like they may have been offering master resellers because it looks like they do not have root access (hence their account being suspended).

The only contact method that I see on the website is a forum (which is down) and a windows live messenger box which is offline. Do you have any of your clients' backups?

You should have do your own backup. Their TOS clearly stated about it. They also don't really have their own server. They are just a reseller from hosting-god.co.uk which is terrible hosting company.
Why don't you e-mail them instead?

Those master reseller plans that they offer seem to be heavily oversold. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do unless there are better methods that they offer for you to get in touch with them. One thing to look out for is the method(s) and level of support that a hosting company offers. Poor support will lead to bad hosting, even if the plans are great or cheap.

Dude, they are most likely gone..."suspended" hosting provider web site?
They didn't pay their bill. 99% chance they will never answer anything again, and if their web site is suspended, their email probably is too, so how *would* they check email?
Send 1000 emails, it doesn't matter if they can't log into read them.

Learn from this - ALWAYS have a copy of your own data. If by "users data" this means "your customers", even more-so. Your host is not liable for your data, you are. Never, ever rely on a host and assume your data is safe. It's not. Your data is valuable to YOU. If YOU don't care enough to back it up, why should someone who has no interest in the value of your data? Hosts generally sell you a container to present your data to the world. You are the person placing value on the actual data, so *back it up*. Live as if your servers will one day disappear into the great abyss, never to be seen again. Because one day, they will. Bank on it.
