    Hosting-IE... Anyone else is having problems? [merged]

    Hello,

    I have two dedicated servers with Hosting-IE (Keyweb resellers AFAIK) and both went down today, at the same time (with minutes of difference). That was like twelve (yes, twelve) hours ago and the servers are still down.

    I have contacted the support though the ticket system, but no reply yet.

    What bothers me is that both servers came down at the same time, and that they are on different IP blocks (and networks/DC I would guess). I asked a friend with a Keyweb server (directly from Keyweb) and he told me that there were no news about a power/network outage today.

    Is anyone else having problems with Hosting-IE servers?

    I think there might be some network outage, a friends server hosted at hosting-ie is inaccessible for sure. When he ran a traceroute to his server it bailed out after FRA-1-pos313.de.lambdanet.net. he is hoping that its just something temporary. He cant even get to email the folks out there, says mailbox full.

    thanks for the welcome semoweb, i think there is a bug in the system which is why its reporting as 0, I am sure I posted a couple of posts over a year back

    I made a traceroute to my servers from two different places. A dedicated server in the US and my home connection (Spain). From my home it couldn't pass 95.169.160.38 and in the US server, it had a small drop at FRA-1-eth200.de.lambdanet.net but then it reached 95.169.160.38 then nothing at all:

    On the other side, my friend made some tests from his Keyweb server and here goes the strangest part of this

    Both dedicated servers do not reply to pings (and, obviously, traceroute can't reach them) but he tried several ips in the neighborhood (my servers' IPs plus and minus 20 ips) and most of them did reply without problems. That would mean it's not a network or power outage.

    Thank you very much! I had an account here but I wasn't able to login today, so I registered again. I don't know if "old" accounts with little activity are removed/deleted/purged from time to time, so I'm not really "new" here, but still a rookie, that's sure

    I also hope it's a temporary problem, but it's really strange and not having any kind of information for 14+ hours worries me. I'm used to slow ticket responses from Hosting-IE staff, but I never was in the situation where both servers went down just at the same time (or with a couple of minutes of difference).

    Same here, hope its something temporary its over 15+ hours that his server has been down. He is kind of worried as his clients are getting on him now.

    I have the same problem since yesterday morning (in Spain) I don´t have response from Support, and in the ICQ don´t appear Wice...

    Sever don´t have ping and obviously a traceroute don´t pass from lambdanet.net

    I don´t know what appened but is the first big problem that I have with this people...

    problem with hosting-ie.com

    Hello fellow WHTers,


    i have a dedicated server from hosting-ie.com resellers of keyweb since 3 months .

    once in a month my server is down ,since yesterday the server is down nor can it get to the remote reboot panel

    they don't reply to mails or answer support ticket is anyone's server down here ...?

    i am having a horrible experience with these guys just stay away from them .

    Well,
    maybe max will see this I have 4 servers that are down It's been more than 24 hours now.

    I guess when you go with a company that does not have a phone number you just have to wait for them to get back to you.

    Also the control is down for me too.

    Hello.

    I found this forum in Google, I was searching for help with my hosting ie server. I'll try to explain my problem (sorry for my english).

    I own two servers, one I bought in keyweb.de and another I bought in hosting-ie.com. Yesterday morning the servers were down. One at 11:47am and the other one at 11:51am (GMT+1). The hosting ie server is in keyweb network, so I thought they might have a general failure and waited for the service to be restarted.

    However, after a few hours, I finally contacted keyweb through their ticket system (asking them why the server I own with them was unreachable). To my surprise, they told me that the server was disabled because of unpaid bills. I looked at my keyweb control panel, and I found I had a june invoice I hadn't paid. I just hadn't noticed it (keyweb communications being mostly in german is not helpful at all), I paid the invoice with Paypal, and in no more than five minutes the server was working again.

    The hosting ie server is another story. It has been down for more than a day now, and nobody is answering the support tickets I'm sending. I also tried contact in ICQ without luck. I would call them by phone but there's not a number in their website where I can contact them.

    I'm pretty worried here, because it seems that yesterday keyweb disabled the servers that had unpaid invoices. Day 23 might be their deadline date for unpaid june bills, that's why the server I have with them had problems but was solved by paying the june bill. This suggests that keyweb has also disabled hosting ie servers because of unpaid bills (all servers had problems in the same timeframe), and that they won't enable the servers again until payment is done. If this is what is happening, then it's a big problem, as I can't pay my hosting ie server directly to keyweb even if they are reselling their servers. If hosting ie doesn't pay, we might not get the servers back online. Hosting ie silence is pretty scary too.

    Let's hope it's just a misunderstanding and that the service will be back as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we just can sit back and wait.

    I don't see any means of contacting them except for the customer panel login, which obviously you need to be a customer, have you tried logging into the customer panel to submit a ticket? or email support@hosting-ie.com as that may be their support email address?

    If you're still outta luck, I would strongly suggest browsing http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36 as many reputable server providers post specials regularly, and you can find plenty of reviews on these forums if you're still unsure.

    I don´t know what happened, but is horrible, more tha 24 hours without server, and without notices of support, zero messages in the webpage showing what happened...

    Hello!

    My server at Hosting-IE has also been offline. I submitted a ticket about 12 hours ago and still have no reply. My server has been down around 24 hours in total.

    It may also be worth noting that I have no outstanding invoices / all my bills are paid for, so this isn't the problem.

    Sorry if I wasn't clear. I also don't have any unpaid invoices with hosting ie. What I say is that, hosting ie being a keyweb reseller, if hosting ie has not paid keyweb they might have disabled your (our) servers. Remember that hosting ie is a keyweb reseller. That means you pay to hosting ie for their services, and hosting ie pays keyweb for the servers, you're not paying directly to keyweb. It doesn't matter if you don't have unpaid invoices with hosting ie, as keyweb won't care about you but hosting ie's pending invoices.

    Don't really know if I just messed it more instead of making myself clearer

    Still now news from hosting ie, no support tickets, no email.

    Hi all, my first post here .. whooohooo..

    Anyway, I've got a Linux box at hosting-ie for almost 3 years now. I've had no problems as far as service is concerned (up to now). But since my server went down about 2 days ago and my +-1000 tickets I've left on there system (with no reply), I'm starting to doubt the service.

    Do you guy's think that maybe they went backrupt ? Does anybody know of a hosting company that will supply the same sort of service as hosting-ie ?

    Maybe our servers are on the same subnet ? Myne is 84.19.180.x and 84.19.181.x

    I doesn't seem a network issue, since the neighbor servers are up and alive. I don't know about the 217.114.210. ips since there seem to be "only" 26 hosts up (of 254).

    I just ran nmap too with increased verbosity level

    seems like only keyweb.de and other hosting providers server is up.

    I am worried that hosting-ie has unpaid bills?
