Like many other resellers we offer WHMCS with install as we are a reseller of them. Most of the time the best place to get billing software is straight from the company that develops it but either can be done

Painfull to get a suspension site; hope they notice it quickly enough so your site will be back. Dont want to speculate on the reason of suspension as there can be many, although looking at the domain registration date and todays date, there might be a correlation of some kind.

The data isn't gone, the account is just suspended, so you could still hope to get it back. But in the mean time searching for alternative hosting may be wise, just in case there is no reasonable explanation for what has happened, or they don't come back.
It would appear, by their nameservers that they're hosted by vpsspeed.com ( http://www.namepros.com/web-hosting-...g-traffic.html), probably having a VPS there.
