This is a remote 1099 position and we welcome resumes from all qualified candidates. Preference will be given to United States based candidates.
- Must be based in the United States with a US Social Security or Tax ID Number. No exceptions.
- Must sign an NDA prior to starting
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Must have advanced knowledge of cPanel & WHM
- Must be able to work during designated hours on tickets & chats
Please note that we do not have an age requirement. However, if you are under 18, your parents will need to co-sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you.
A Line: 1 AM - 9 AM EST
B Line: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
C Line: 5 PM - 1 AM EST
Payment is on a per-ticket or per-chat basis depending on experience. Individual performance based bonuses and signup commissions are also given.
