I generally advise staying away from "unlimited" hosting especially reseller hosting that is "unlimited".

I agree to Mike. If that says unlimited in regards of space and bandwidth they 100% lie to you and if you don't mind working with lairs just go ahead

The SSL has expired, and sometime ago also

Well I would think about finding a different host. 3 days and no response is definitely not a good sign.

At PayPal you just need to go to the Resolution Center and follow the steps. It will take some time but you should get refuneded in the end.
