I am already using plesk for my dedicated windows server. I requested "plesk power pack" from my host so I can use MSSQL.

Is there suppose to be a download for the power pack option or do I just need the license? My webhost thuoght I just needed a license key and plug that into plesk somewhere... Anyone have any ideas?

You need only a license key. An upgraded license key will open additional options on your panel.

Yes, it will unlock a lot of features. The ones that rightfully should be free anyways, but Parallels decided to charge for.
