"level 3 admin" question?

I am starting a new GSP and i was wondering how much should i pay to the "level 3 admin" which has great knowledge about game servers and is customer support, keep in mind he is probably the only one in the country with that much game server knowledge.

How much shall i pay him per month?
Thanks in advance

For a remote L-3 admin, if India you should be looking at something around $300-1500 and for USA should be around $750-5000.

It all depends how many hours he will be working, and what his duties will be, and where he is located.

But if he is the most knowledgeable in your entire country then he should be worth a lot.

Depending on how well your business is going you could always pay per ticket & game server setup.

sorry to go off topic...but that name mustafa rings a bell to me and I dont know why.... strange.

how much is the company earning roughly?

paying per ticket sounds like a good idea if ur just starting out. then when it gets big you could give him a salary.

Just take a look at the support and server administration companies listed in the WHT Wiki. Looking at these sites will give you an idea on the cost for a remote server admin.

A Sir Admin type person would hardly work per ticket basis

Well I do not agree that Level 3 Admin will work for you.
If he does, then I assume that he would take 500$ Minimum per week or month.
So better, if you learn the Gaming Server Management if your own.
btw, Google is your friend and Google is free
You can always search for tutorials to help in Game Servers

I would agree with the above...

after all its not exactually hard to maintain a game server anyway. just dont overload the box its not the same as web hosting.

Imao the only thing you can do is trying with this company
http://www.gameadminpanel.com/

They will provide you TCAdmin panel, game files, game config, update, patch, mods, map pack, installation on your server, game key. You only have to provide them one dedicated server with win server 2003 or 2008 but they will not provide support for your customers.

@ revhosting

will they use the dedicated server for their personal use or to put the game server files on?
When they put the game server files on the server can copy all the server files and not need licence for them again ill get one from TCAdmin?
Thanks in advance!
